2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you access the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) is processed in server log files in order to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement has also been concluded.

3. Contact form and email

If you send me an enquiry via the contact form or by email, I process the details you provide (name, email address, optionally company, project type, budget and your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

Form messages are delivered via the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA are based on EU standard contractual clauses. Your data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. If you switch the language manually, a technically necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) is stored to remember your choice (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). It contains no personal data and expires after one year.

5. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics & Speed Insights)

To understand which pages are visited and how fast the site loads, I use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., USA). These services work without cookies and without cross-device tracking: only aggregated data such as page visited, referrer, country, device type, browser and loading times are processed; the IP address is not stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the site).

6. Fonts

The fonts used are served locally from this server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other third parties.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
